Oven-Roasted Mushrooms With Goat's Cheese

Me:  "These mushrooms are amazing!  And this meal is completely vegetarian, too.  Good for us!"

B:     "Er....."

Me:  "What?"

B:     "Well, I covered the mushrooms in all the gravy we had left over from the lamb yesterday."

Me:  "Oh!  So THAT'S why they're so delicious."
